Whether you are looking to start a new exercise routine, established in a flow or somewhere in between, together we can expand your practice.

Things I like to focus on - proper form, engaging muscles, controlled movements,

External forces such as dumbbells, barbells, kettle-bells, resistance bands may be used. Body-weight exercises are also an option.

Session structure examples:

Full body - upper and lower

Split - such as back/bicep; chest/triceps; legs/shoulders

Circuit style - one exercise is performed for a set period of time, followed by a quick rest before repeating or starting the next exercise.

30 minute - $30

45 minute - $45

60 minute - $60

90 minute - $90

Consultation - Online/Over-the-Phone - $20/30-minutes
